Job summary

Gap Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to drive the design and execution of integrated learning strategies that accelerate growth and build organizational capability.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across Product-to-Market Transformation to enable faster, smarter work and to scale AI-powered capabilities transforming the business. Lead the creation of scalable learning experiences, influence change, and shape a culture of continuous learning and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of learning design, facilitation, and/or program delivery within fast-paced or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a holistic learning strategy to advance leadership, onboarding, and transformation.
• Partner with workstream owners to embed learning solutions that accelerate adoption of new processes and agile ways of working.
• Oversee scalable learning programs including onboarding, training, and change leadership for both experienced and new employees.
• Curate innovative approaches such as digital platforms, microlearning, social learning, and coaching networks.
• Apply a test-and-learn mindset to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
