Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of experience; historical leadership in capture/proposal environments.
• Experience with Air Force/Space Force military departments and cyber operations.
• Strong pricing acumen and ability to shape proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature capture strategies with BD and operations leaders.
• Lead planning and capture activities 6+ months before RFP release.
• Provide insights and competitive analysis to optimize Maximus positioning.
