Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director, Capture, in a remote role reporting to the VP of Business Development for the Defense Agency Account. This leadership position will brief senior leadership frequently and guide capture strategy across multiple lines of business.

You will lead planning, pursuit, and solutioning activities, collaborating with writers, management, and proposal teams to deliver compliant, top-quality proposals. 25% travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience required; 15+ preferred.
• Experience across Air Force and Space Force, CYBERCOM, with capture management in those areas.
• Experience with project management, systems analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture, pursuit, and solutioning architecture for multiple lines of business.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on shaping and responses.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and brief senior leadership.
• Drive planning and capture activities 6+ months before RFP release.
• Collaborate with proposal developers to ensure compliant, high-quality proposals.
