Job summary

Maximus is recruiting a Senior Director, Capture for a remote role in the Defense Market. You will report to the VP of Business Development and lead capture, pursuit, and solutioning across multiple lines of business.

You will brief senior leadership, shape opportunities with data-driven insights, and drive win themes and pricing strategies. Travel up to 25% within the US is required. This is a high-impact leadership role with upward exposure and direct interaction with E-Suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 15+ years preferred.
• Experience across Air Force/Space Force CYBERCOM with tech ops, sales, proposals, capture management.
• Experience with project management, systems or business analysis, technical solution architecture, operations/sales/capture management.
• Must travel 25% within the United States.
• Experience managing matrixed teams.
• Former sales, proposal and capture experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective public speaker.
• Experience applying pricing models to data-driven pricing strategies.
• Ability to work with shared resources and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture, pursuit, and solutioning architecture for multiple lines of business.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on solution shaping and response strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Brief senior leadership for decision making.
