Job summary

Chugach Electric Association is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects within Alaska. The role oversees project management, construction management, EPC coordination, project controls, and budget oversight, ensuring alignment with reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness for the utility.

You will drive governance, improve capital utilization, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility capital projects.
• Ability to establish disciplined project delivery processes.
• Proven track record in governance, budget control, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and closeout of utility capital projects.
• Provide governance for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and communications.
• Oversee construction oversight, contractor performance, safety, and quality control.
• Establish project controls for scope, schedule, budget, risk and change management.
• Lead or support RFP development for engineering services and EPC work.
• Ensure timely closeout with as-builts, tests, warranties and lessons learned.
