The Line Operations - Maintenance and Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Anchorage Area. This position oversees day-to-day line operations activities, including planning, coordinating, and directing maintenance and construction of electric transmission and distribution systems. The manager leads field crews, assigns work, monitors progress, and ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing outage response, reviewing work orders, prioritizing system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies. The role also requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to support reliable service, communicate project impacts, and address member concerns. The manager regularly reviews performance metrics, implements process improvements, and supports training and development for line operations personnel.
