Job summary

Chugach Electric Association in Anchorage seeks a senior leader to guide the enterprise and operational applications teams within IT. You will mentor managers, set priorities for projects and budgets, and align resource allocations with our mission.

The role involves directing application development and maintenance, shaping standards, managing vendor relationships, and delivering reports to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required; PMP preferred.
• Eight (8) years’ experience including supervisory and program management in a technology environment.
• Experience leading enterprise applications teams and managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for direction, coordination, implementation, delivery, control and completion of all application development, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Establish initiatives and manage objectives to support Chugach’s strategic goals.
• Prepare and present capital and operating budgets for division and contracts.
• Prepare and administer employee performance reviews; plan staffing, training and development.
• Develop, execute, and document IT general controls; monitor performance with metrics.
