Job summary

Vecima Networks Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Sales, Charter to drive maximum sales potential for the US market. This role reports to the VP, Sales and leads cross-functional teams through complex sales cycles with Tier 1 and Tier 2 cable operators.

Based remotely in the United States, the incumbent will travel up to 50% and collaborate with solution architects, engineering, service personnel and product management to close deals and grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical field preferred.
• 7+ years of successful sales experience selling highly technical products.
• Experience in cable, telecom, satellite or high tech markets.
• Experience selling at Director/VP level is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architects, design engineers, service personnel and product management through the customer sales cycle.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecasting to drive revenue attainment.
• Negotiate at senior levels with maturity and credibility.
• Develop and manage strategic corporate accounts and relationships.
