Job summary

Vecima Networks Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Program Manager to oversee major customer deployments of Vecima’s Video and Broadband Solutions, and manage ongoing support and services for a designated account.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong relationship-building skills, able to lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope and schedules, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certification required; CSM preferred.
• 3 years’ experience on customer-facing projects/programs; CMTS/MSO experience a plus.
• 5 years’ experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer liaison and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Lead deployment, installation and transition of Vecima’s Video and Broadband Solutions.
• Prepare service quotes and assist with pre-sale activities.
• Manage and direct all phases of a service and project delivery from inception to completion (SOW, scope, plan).
• Mitigate project risks and elevate issues to management when required.
