Qualifications

• 18 years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of experience with the Restricted and ODNI customer sets.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Experience developing corporate growth strategies and strategic plans for Restricted/ODNI customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth Team in developing and executing business development objectives across the Intelligence Community.
• Build and prosecute a strong pipeline of opportunities across Restricted and ODNI customer sets.
• Develop and execute executive call plans to promote Peraton capabilities and identify on-contract growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with VP of Growth for Cyber & Intelligence and sector leadership to support pipeline growth and capture activities.
• Support high-priority pursuits from assessment through proposal, coordinating across functional teams.
