Job summary

Bora Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth for CDMO services in the United States. You will drive high-value opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate across functions to deliver winning proposals.

The role requires 7–10+ years in CDMO sales, deep knowledge of drug development and manufacturing, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in a global market. Travel to events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business required.
• 7–10+ years revenue growth in the CDMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Bora’s customer base.
• Identify, qualify, and close new CDMO partnerships.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at pharma/biotech companies.
• Deliver compelling proposals with cross-functional input from technical, quality and operations teams.
• Represent Bora at industry conferences and events.
