Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of revenue growth in the CDMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Bora’s customer base and secure high‑value accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in contract manufacturing and development services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals leveraging cross‑functional expertise from technical, quality, and operations teams.
