Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience with a proven track record of revenue growth in the CDMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and market analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Bora's customer base.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in contract manufacturing and development services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals leveraging cross-functional expertise from technical, quality, and operational teams.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to position Bora as a preferred CDMO partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to meet customer expectations.
