Bora Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic sales efforts for CDMO services across regions, driving high-value partnerships and revenue growth. The role requires deep industry knowledge, consultative selling, and collaboration with marketing, operations, quality, and regulatory teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales leadership track record in pharma/biotech contract development and manufacturing, capable of expanding Bora's customer base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 7-10+ years of revenue growth experience in the CDMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• CRM systems proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and market analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Bora's customer base.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in contract manufacturing and development.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals with cross-functional input.
• Use consultative selling to position Bora as a preferred CDMO partner.
