The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of revenue growth experience in the CDMO sector, with deep knowledge of drug development and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of revenue-growth experience in the CDMO industry.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and manufacturing processes for small molecules, sterile injectables, and complex formulations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and market analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Bora’s customer base.
• Identify, qualify, and close high-value contract opportunities in contract manufacturing and development services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to align sales efforts.
• Represent Bora at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
