Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of revenue-growth experience in the CDMO/contract manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Bora's customer base, focusing on high-value accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in contract development and manufacturing services.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at pharma/biotech companies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals with cross-functional input from technical, quality, and operations teams.
• Use consultative selling to position Bora as a preferred CDMO partner.
