Proteros seeks a seasoned business development leader to expand its market presence on the East Coast. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, leveraging a deep biotech/pharma network, and building strategic partnerships with CROs and biopharma clients.

The role requires extensive experience in business development, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to close high-impact deals and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in the CRO space.
• Extensive biotech/pharma industry network to sign business.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (Munich, Germany).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand Proteros' market presence on the East Coast.
• Grow current business, identify and develop new opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with Proteros' goals and facilitate cross-functional cooperation.
• Lead high-level negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Represent Proteros at major industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with leaders.
