Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to guide strategies across small and large molecules, biomarkers and ADA/neutralizing antibody assessment. You will oversee CRO governance, regulatory interactions, and a potential internal lab build, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role requires directing integrated bioanalytical programs, authoring IND/IMPD/NDAs, and mentoring a team to advance ocular therapeutics with innovative analytical approaches.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, immunology or a related discipline with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Or M.S. with 14+ years; or B.S. with 16+ years.
• Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership across small and large molecules with LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding platforms.
• Track record in regulated bioanalysis (GLP) supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions, including authorship of regulatory content.
• Experience managing bioanalytical CROs as sponsor-side lead, accountable for outsourced data quality and defensibility.

Responsibilities

• Bioanalytical strategy and program leadership across modalities, selecting platforms and matrixes.
• Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional teams, translating questions into analytical plans.
• Oversee CRO governance, vendor selection, scope, timelines and budgets, and review data quality.
• Plan internal non-GLP lab build including business case, capability roadmap and investment.
• Lead and mentor scientists; ensure GLP/GCP compliance and data integrity.
