Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to define and drive integrated strategy across small and large molecules, biomarkers, and ADA/neutralizing antibody assessment. You will shape regulatory submissions and oversee external CROs to ensure GLP/GCP quality.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related discipline with 10+ years of industry experience; or MS with 14+; or BS with 16+.
Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership in pharma/biotech spanning small molecules and biologics.
Experience managing bioanalytical CROs as sponsor‑side lead and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities; select platforms and matrices.
Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional program teams; translate program questions into analytical plans.
Establish tiered assay approach across discovery to clinical bioanalysis with appropriate validation.
Author bioanalytical sections of INDs, IMPDs and NDAs/BLAs and respond to health authority questions.
