Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior bioanalytical leader to direct strategies across small molecules and biologics, with oversight of CROs and regulatory submissions. You will build capability, ensure data integrity, and guide translational analytics for ocular programs.

The role requires extensive GLP/GCP experience, strong leadership, and strategic thinking to shape the bioanalysis landscape within a global eye health company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership in pharma/biotech spanning small molecules and biologics.
• Track record in regulated bioanalysis (GLP) supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions.
• Experience managing bioanalytical CROs as sponsor-side lead.
• People leadership: hiring and developing scientific staff; knowledge of ICH M10 and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities and matrices.
• Represent bioanalysis in cross-functional teams, translating questions into analytical plans.
• Oversee CRO governance, protocols, and data reviews for quality and timeliness.
• Lead internal lab build and hybrid capability model with outsourcing.
