Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to guide strategy across small and large molecules, biomarkers and ADA/neutralizing antibody assessment in ocular drug programs. You will own integrated bioanalytical strategies, oversee CRO partnerships, and plan internal lab development while upholding GLP/GCP standards and data integrity.

The role requires a Ph.D. or equivalent with 10+ years in regulated bioanalysis, hands-on or oversight across LC-MS/MS and ligand-binding platforms, and

Qualifications

PhD or MS/BS with extensive bioanalytical leadership in pharma/biotech.
Experience supporting IND/NDA/BLA with GLP compliance.
Proven CRO management and data-quality oversight.
Leadership of scientific staff and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies for multiple modalities.
Oversee CRO vendors, negotiate scope, timelines and budgets.
Plan internal lab capability, governance, and data integrity.
Lead team development and ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, ICH M10.
