Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to drive strategy across small and large molecules, biomarkers and anti-drug antibodies. You will oversee CROs, build internal capabilities, ensure GLP/GCP compliance and regulatory readiness, and mentor a high-caliber scientific team.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to support ocular therapeutic programs from discovery to lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or higher with 10+ years in bioanalysis.
• Experience leading regulated bioanalysis for IND/NDA/BLA submissions.
• Proven CRO oversight and sponsor-side leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities (LC-MS/MS, ligand-binding).
• Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional teams; translate questions into analytical plans.
• Oversee CROs; monitor performance, quality, and timelines.
• Plan and guide internal non-GLP lab build if approved; lead hiring and infrastructure.
