Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to drive strategy across small molecules, large molecules, and biomarkers. You will oversee CRO vendors, develop regulatory-ready programs, and mentor a high-caliber scientific team in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes GLP/GCP compliance, data integrity, and potential build-out of internal capabilities while partnering with Clinical Evidence, Translational Development and Research teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated bioanalytical leadership in pharmaceutical/biotechnology development spanning small and large molecules.
• Track record in regulated bioanalysis (GLP) supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions and authorship of regulatory content.
• Experience managing bioanalytical CROs as sponsor-side lead with data quality accountability.
• Knowledge of ICH M10, FDA guidance, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across modalities and matrices.
• Represent bioanalysis on cross-functional program teams and translate questions into analytical plans.
• Oversee CRO governance, scope, timelines, and budgets with procurement.
• Plan and potentially lead an internal non-GLP lab build including design and staffing.
