Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior bioanalytical leader to guide cross-functional programs across small and large molecules, ensuring regulatory readiness and data integrity. You will design strategy, manage CRO partnerships, and drive internal capability planning within a global eye health company.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic oversight, and implementation of AI-enabled workflows while maintaining GLP/GCP compliance and collaboration with Clinical, Regulatory and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent with extensive industry experience in bioanalysis across small and large molecules.
• Experience supporting regulated bioanalysis (GLP) for IND/NDA submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional bioanalytical programs with CROs and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated bioanalytical strategies for multiple modalities and matrices.
• Represent bioanalysis in cross-functional program teams and regulatory discussions.
• Oversee external CROs: selection, qualification, and performance monitoring.
• Plan and lead internal lab build including capabilities, budgeting, and data governance.
• Mentor and manage scientists to ensure data integrity and scientific rigor.
