Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior bioanalytical leader to drive strategy across small molecules, biologics and ocular programs. You will author regulatory content, oversee CROs, and guide internal capabilities to meet GLP/GCP standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor scientists while ensuring data integrity and regulatory readiness for INDs, NDAs and BLAs.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 10+ years in industry or MS with 14+ or BS with 16+ years.
• Proven GLP-regulated bioanalysis experience supporting IND/NDA/BLA submissions.
• Experience managing bioanalytical CROs and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and own integrated bioanalytical strategies across small and large molecules, oligonucleotides, biomarkers and ADA/neutralizing antibody assessment.
