Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Policy, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience leading or managing project teams.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in energy storage (BESS) or related fields.
• Deep understanding of the North American power sector, including AHJ and interconnection requirements.
• Experience with both Utility-scale and C&I energy storage business models.
• Proven track record in corporate reporting and multi-timezone stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and formulate process and strategy for industry leading execution in North American BESS.
• Conduct market intelligence and policy analysis for interconnection and policy alignment.
• Benchmark against top BESS SIs and vendors to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Align strategy with BESS Strategy, Procurement, Product Development, and Sales teams.
• Direct and mentor a highly technical team ensuring business continuity.
