Hanwha Q CELLS America is seeking a Director of Purchasing & Procurement to own the US sourcing strategy for residential ESS, microinverters, and battery systems. The role leads a US team, drives high-value negotiations, and aligns with Korea-based systems procurement to ensure supplier capacity and cost targets.

You will build a resilient US supplier base, manage multi-commodity categories, and develop governance and metrics to protect production and margins. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years leading and developing teams.
• Experience with EMS/CM partners and multi-commodity sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-year procurement and sourcing strategy for US operations.
• Build and develop the US procurement team and capability plan.
• Lead high-value negotiations: master supply agreements, pricing, and capacity.
• Establish US supplier network across enclosures, cables, semiconductors, and batteries.
• Coordinate with Korea-based procurement to align global and US requirements.
• Define governance, RFQ/RFP standards, and supplier onboarding gates.
• Manage supply risk with contingency and recovery plans.
• Track KPI reporting on cost savings, on-time delivery, and quality.
