Hanwha Qcells USA Corp. seeks an SVP, Engineering to provide executive leadership over all engineering functions within its EPC business, overseeing civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical design and delivery on utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects nationwide.

The role drives engineering strategy, standards, and quality, while managing internal staff and external partners from inception through commissioning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• PE license required; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading design and delivery for utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects (>100 MWDC).
• Experience managing external EPC firms and design subcontractors.
• Familiarity with NEC, NESC, IEC, IEEE codes and standards.

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for EPC business goals.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering organization across projects.
• Own engineering quality, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
• Oversee engineering standards, templates, specs, and best practices for solar PV and BESS.
• Manage EPCM firms, design subcontractors, and specialists.
