Qualifications

• Ten+ years in complex energy or power-sector sales with at least five years in battery energy storage.
• Proven track record selling integrated BESS equipment or turnkey solutions to developers, EPCs, utilities or large commercial customers.
• Established relationships within Texas and the South/Southeast energy-storage markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales of BESS hardware, EMS/software, commissioning, warranty and lifecycle-services offerings in the territory.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market and account-development plans aligned with bookings, revenue, MWh and gross margin targets.
• Build senior-level relationships with developers, IPPs, EPCs, utilities, municipalities, and large energy users.
• Identify, qualify and advance opportunities from initial engagement through proposal and contract
• Translate customer requirements into viable system configurations with product management and engineering.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and develop commercial proposals including pricing and milestones.
