Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, ERP oversight, and material coordination for BESS projects. You will manage end-to-end supply chain, from RFP through contracts, supplier qualification, ERP implementation/maintenance, and material logistics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and contract management.
• Experience in: BESS, Inverter, PCS, transformers, Skid integrators etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar and/or construction projects at project size over $15M in procurement of equipment/material or subcontracting.
• Preferred experience in Solar or Renewable Energy.
• Knowledge in contract management; Change order management experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, professional environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Experience in supplier reviews/evaluation and maintaining good business relationships.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• SAP Experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement of BESS components, modules, and contract manufacturers.
• Manage ERP system setup, configuration, and optimization for procurement workflows.
• Develop demand and supply plans aligned with project needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Implement procurement strategies balancing cost, schedule, and compliance.
• Create RFPs, evaluate and select ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
• Negotiate supply agreements and project orders with favorable terms.
• Manage change orders, contract compliance, and ERP records.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular procurement reporting and cost-tracking data.
