Job summary
Snap Finance seeks a Senior Analytics leader to own analytics across SMB Sales, Large Market Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and B2B Marketing. You’ll drive forecasting, opportunity sizing, and partner performance analysis, supporting enterprise deal development with market intelligence and RFP analytics.
You will improve lead qualification and onboarding efficiency while delivering data-driven insights to accelerate partner growth and revenue across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of analytics, strategy, or growth experience in B2B/fintech environments.
- Proven revenue impact from analytics in sales, marketing, and partner growth.
- Experience with enterprise partnership forecasting and RFP analytics.
- Strong lead qualification, funnel conversion, and lifecycle management knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics for SMB and Enterprise sales, partnerships, RevOps, and marketing.
- Lead forecasting, opportunity sizing, and partner performance analysis.
- Support enterprise deals with market intelligence and RFP analytics.
- Improve lead qualification and onboarding efficiency for ALICE customer.
- Build predictive models for churn, engagement, and funnel bottlenecks.
