Snap Finance is seeking a VP Revenue Growth to partner with senior leaders to monitor, analyze, and optimize revenue across funnels. This senior role sits at the intersection of analytical expertise and strategic business management, leading a team focused on Merchant analytics and AI-driven insights.

You will champion growth across revenue channels, drive go-to-market alignment, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in analytical, BI, or Revenue Ops roles.
• Strong experience with analytics tools and dashboards.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and planning with KPIs aligned to goals.
• Drive AI/ML enabled insights across revenue channels.
• Provide merchant analytics and growth recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Collaborate with execs on GTM and product strategy.
• Design tests to validate strategy impact and ROI.
