Job summary

You will drive growth by managing the plan, customer contacts, funding lines, and events, while leading a cross-functional team across technical, product, and proposal domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of defense business development, capture, program management, requirements, or acquisition experience focused on Army ground systems, robotics, or autonomy, including at least 5 years with bookings target or captures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Army autonomy and formation integration campaign, plan customer map, funding lines, pursuit slate, and events calendar.
• Own pipeline and bookings targets across program offices and units.
• Convert field work into funded positions and carry work to program of record positions, prototype follow-ons, and production orders.
• Shape requirements and path into programs of record with Army program offices and operational units.
• Build relationships across Army groups, Detroit Arsenal, and partnered vendors.
