Job summary

Parry Labs seeks a Senior Director to own growth and capture for SOCOM UxS and autonomy common control campaigns. You will drive opportunities from initial conversations through award, coordinating with PEO offices, SOFWERX, and SOCOM partners.

You will lead a high-impact team, build a qualified pipeline, and shape the first SOCOM position for FUSION, Parry Labs' product family for autonomous systems integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in defense business development, capture, PM, or acquisition focused on SOCOM.
• A proven record of closed SOF deals with contract vehicle, value, funding source, and role in win.
• Strong relationships across the SOCOM acquisition enterprise at MacDill and SOFWERX.
• Active Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required) and ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Own the number and the pipeline for SOCOM; carry a qualified pipeline and bookings targets.
• Grow Parry Labs' open mission systems and command and control work across the SOF enterprise.
• Open SOCOM for FUSION and position Parry Labs' control systems as a conformant implementation.
• Engage program offices, SOFWERX, and operators before requirements are written.
• Lead captures from qualification through award; manage win strategy, plans, and price to win.
• Represent Parry Labs at customer engagements, demonstrations, and industry events.
