UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a senior nursing leader to oversee multisite ambulatory programs, collaborating with Medical Directors and departments to align care models with regulatory standards and strategic growth initiatives.

The role leads staffing, budgeting, workforce development, and performance improvement to foster high reliability, patient-centered care and Magnet-aligned practice across RN, LVN, MA, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in nursing or related field.
• 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including 5 years at manager level.
• RN licensure in Texas required.
• Preferred: Magnet experience and ANCC board certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing oversight for a multispecialty, multisite ambulatory portfolio.
• Ensures ambulatory nursing care delivery aligns with regulatory standards and system growth plans.
• Develops staffing models across RN, LVN, MA, and clinical support roles; leads recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Develops and executes nursing strategies to improve access, quality, safety, and financial sustainability.
• Represents nursing leadership in governance structures and collaborates with department chairs and leadership teams.
