Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with an ADN degree.
• RN license in Texas and BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical staff POD to coordinate patient care and procedures.
• Ensure patient quality metrics are completed during clinic visits to meet ACO requirements.
• Assign duties to maintain efficient workflows and uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate staff orientation and training for assigned duties.
• Monitor POD patient registries and follow up to close care gaps in ambulatory care.
