Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - BSN from NLN-approved program.
• 5 years RN experience and 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Current Texas RN license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Medical Director, faculty, staff to meet system objectives.
• Manages daily ambulatory clinic operations within policy guidelines.
• Defines roles for licensed nursing personnel and technologists involved in patient care.
• Oversees hiring, orientation and performance reviews for nursing staff.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and mentors staff.
