Qualifications

• Education: BSN and NLN-approved nursing program.
• Experience: 5 years as a registered nurse and 2 years in management/supervisory roles.
• Licensure: Current Texas RN license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Medical Director, faculty and staff to meet performance metrics.
• Manages daily ambulatory clinical operations according to policy.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting and nurse role development in ambulatory care.
• Mentors staff, conducts evaluations and supports resolution of issues.
• Ensures compliance with ethics, standards and regulatory guidelines.
