Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
CISSP certification required.
Expertise in AI Security, AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Risk Management.
Deep knowledge of Generative AI, ML, LLMs, and Agentic AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and mature the enterprise AI Security program across governance, risk management, architecture, and operations.
Develop and execute the AI Security strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap.
Establish policies, standards, and control frameworks for secure AI adoption.
Oversee security assessments, threat modeling, and risk reviews for AI/LLMs/Agentic AI.
Drive AI governance, model lifecycle oversight, and AI risk management initiatives.
Implement controls to address AI threats including prompt injection and data leakage.
Lead adoption of AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities to improve detection and response.
Partner with leadership to enable secure AI innovation.
Develop KPIs, executive reporting, and maturity metrics for AI Security.
Build, mentor, and lead AI Security teams.
