Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of AI Security to establish and mature the enterprise AI security program. You will partner with executive leadership to govern, secure, and enable responsible AI adoption across the organization.

You will recruit and lead a team of AI security architects, engineers, and specialists, aligning security with business goals and regulatory requirements while driving innovation in AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, and securing AI/ML.
• 2+ years AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud security management.
• 2+ years in AI/ML security applications.
• 5+ years leading security architecture or engineering organizations.
• Knowledge of NIST RMF, NIST CSF, ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI security strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Establish AI security standards, policies, reference architectures, and secure dev requirements.
• Lead AI security risk management, model governance, third-party assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead AI security org, including hiring, budgeting, and execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to securely enable enterprise AI adoption.
• Oversee AI security architecture reviews and security assessments.
• Monitor AI threats and regulatory developments and adjust strategy.
