Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director AI Security to lead the enterprise AI security program, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer.

This leader develops the organization's strategy for securing Artificial Intelligence technologies while enabling responsible innovation across the enterprise. The Senior Director serves as the executive leader responsible for governance, risk management, secure adoption, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight of AI technologies,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive cybersecurity leadership.
• 3+ years designing and securing AI/ML systems.
• 2+ years in cloud security configuration (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise AI security strategy and governance.
• Lead risk management, model governance, and regulatory compliance for AI.
• Build and mentor the AI security organization and secure adoption across the business.
