Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a senior AI engineering leader to drive enterprise AI strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery across global platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to shape scalable, compliant AI solutions and oversee vendor relationships.

This role requires 10+ years in software/AI leadership, hands-on architectural expertise, and a track record delivering AI at scale in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software/AI engineering or related tech fields, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, projects, or vendor-delivered solutions.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior technical authority for AI initiatives, including evaluation, governance, and deployment of AI solutions.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural direction and oversight for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate AI opportunities and determine approaches and implementation strategies.
• Define AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Establish AI solution patterns for generative AI, RAG, and intelligent assistants.
• Oversee integrations across enterprise apps, digital products, and data platforms.
• Drive lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, and governance for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Quality, and Data Engineering on controls and compliance.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with regulatory, privacy, and quality requirements.
