Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field and 12+ years in data architecture, management or engineering.
• 7+ years leading teams and setting enterprise-wide standards.
• Experience applying AI concepts to data strategy and execution.
• Broad knowledge of manufacturing, quality, supply chain and ERP data models.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmap for PGS & Enterprise Solutions.
• Own the canonical data model and domain ontologies as governed artefacts built on open standards.
• Lead data contracts, schema standards and data product definitions with business data owners.
• Achieve governance across federated models and oversee data integration standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of architects and data stewards.
• Own data governance policy for a GxP environment and readiness for regulatory expectations.
