Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a strategic vision for AI analytics in Medical Affairs.
- Partner with external AI/ML innovators to drive capabilities.
- Develop proprietary AI solutions aligned with business goals.
- Establish scalable data governance frameworks for data integrity and compliance.
- Drive patient journey analytics, advanced segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation tools.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align data investments with business goals and enable rapid, compliant AI deployment.
