Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to champion AI-powered analytics for US Medical Affairs. You will own the data portfolio, define roadmaps, and build scalable AI/ML solutions that map patient journeys, segment stakeholders, and evaluate HCP networks.

You will partner with external innovators and align governance, security, and ethics to enable rapid, compliant innovation. The role requires executive communication, deep data science expertise, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

Broad leadership experience influencing and coaching across teams and functions.
Experience managing complex data & analytics programs in pharma/biotech.
Knowledge of AI/ML landscape and data governance.
Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the analytics and data strategy for US Medical Affairs.
Lead development and delivery of AI/ML analytics capabilities.
