Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Leader to drive the data strategy and architecture for PGS and Enterprise Solutions. You will define the target-state data architecture, govern data contracts, and lead a team of architects and stewards across domains.

You will partner with business data owners and solution teams to ensure AI readiness, regulatory alignment (GxP), and data integrity across the federated model. A strategic, global role with significant influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data management or data engineering.
• 7+ years leading teams and setting enterprise-scale standards.
• Experience with AI readiness and data governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state technical data architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Own canonical data model and domain ontologies as governed artefacts.
• Lead data contracts, schema standards and data product definitions.
• Establish certification criteria for trusted data products.
• Build and lead domain technical data stewardship and a strong team.
