Job summary

Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) seeks a Senior Director to own the data strategy and architecture for Enterprise Solutions. This global role partners with business data owners and solution teams to define target-state architecture, data contracts, and governance across manufacturing, quality and supply chain.

You will lead a team of domain architects and data stewards, ensure AI-readiness and regulatory compliance, and influence C-suite stakeholders to drive scalable data products and platforms at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field.
• 12+ years in data architecture, data management or data engineering.
• 7+ years leading teams and setting enterprise-scale standards.
• Experience with AI readiness, data governance and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state data architecture and multi-year roadmap for PGS & ES.
• Own canonical data model and domain ontologies with the Data Contextualisation & Semantics function.
• Lead data contracts, schema standards and data product definitions with business data owners.
• Govern data integration standards across a federated model and oversee major data initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects and data stewards.
