Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Senior Director, Product, Platform Intelligence, to lead strategy, roadmap, and business impact for seven teams across Platform Intelligence and data/AI infrastructure.

This hybrid San Francisco role requires building and mentoring PMs, shaping priorities, and collaborating with engineering, clinical, legal, and product leadership to translate complex technical tradeoffs into clear business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership of managers or directors.
• Proven track record building platform and infrastructure products, with a focus on data and AI/ML.
• Ability to drive a unified roadmap across diverse teams balancing reliability and innovation.
• Strong influence and alignment with executive stakeholders on priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business impact for Platform Intelligence teams.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across pillars, setting high standards.
• Drive unified prioritization across core transactional systems and AI capabilities.
• Identify platform investments leveraging data assets for future differentiation.
• Align executive stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs with credible, evidence-based cases.
