The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management for enterprise software or AI platforms, deep executive communication skills, and a track record delivering across complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management of enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products with technical fluency.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling across technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap, translating needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Lead the platform from concept through delivery in collaboration with Data Science and Engineering.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
