Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML and Generative AI products.
• 8+ years demonstrating exceptional analytical and product judgment, with ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate evidence into strategy.
• 6+ years' experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures, with technical fluency to partner with Data Science and Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions across cross-functional organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills translating between technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable platform capabilities.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
• Define product strategy and own the platform roadmap across multi-year horizons.
• Lead platform delivery with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align partners around strategy and trade-offs.
